X-RAY DIFFRACTOMETER (XRD)

The Rigaku Smartlab 9 kW Automated Multipurpose X-ray Diffractometer is equipped with a 9 kW   X-ray generator. It is a general-purpose X-ray diffraction system equipped with a high-accuracy   theta-theta goniometer featuring a horizontal sample mount. By changing devices and optical    units, the operator can measure and evaluate a wide variety of materials from powder samples   to thin film samples. It is equipped with 0D 、1D and 2D detectors and in situ temperature-   changeable sample stage, from 190 K to 400 K. It is suitable for qualitative analysis of material    phase; Quantitative and semi quantitative analysis of crystalline materials; Grain size analysis;   Crystallinity analysis; Micro area diffraction analysis; Film phase analysis (grazing incidence   method); Reciprocal space scanning; Pole diagram / texture test; In situ temperature change /   battery charge and discharge test.
