Diffractive Axicon

ØFunctions:The incident laser is converted into a ring of light spots (Bessel intensity distribution). Usually the width of the ring spot is equal to the size of the diffraction limit spot (input laser).

Applications:For lighting and imaging in gas pipelines, mapping in traffic tunnels, and for endoscopy and colonoscopy diagnostics.
